We had a lovely stay at Insadong Crown. The hotel's classic vibe took us back in time, and the attention to detail in the visual style was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Bukchon Village and Gyeongbuk Palace. Despite a minor drawback of the air-conditioning not working well, we still enjoyed our time here. we would recommend this hotel for its unique charm and convenient location.

The location was excellent near a subway station, palaces, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionists and housemaids, were helpful, polite, and friendly. The towels provided were bright white and the presence of a bathtub was a bonus.

Great location in the heart of the old city with palaces and Bukchon Village within walking distance. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Nearby food market for great dining options. Central for exploring attractions like Sejong the Great statue and Cheonggyecheon stream. Convenient parking available.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jongno-3-ga subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also just a short walk away from Ikseon dong hanok village, a charming neighborhood with traditional Korean houses. Moreover, the hotel is situated in a bustling area, close to downtown and various shopping streets.
The facilities in the hotel appear to be a bit outdated, and the toilet door in some rooms may malfunction at times.
