The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and a super clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to downtown Seoul and several subway lines within walking distance. the hotel offered convenient parking facilities.

We had a lovely stay at Insadong Crown. The hotel's classic vibe took us back in time, and the attention to detail in the visual style was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Bukchon Village and Gyeongbuk Palace. Despite a minor drawback of the air-conditioning not working well, we still enjoyed our time here. we would recommend this hotel for its unique charm and convenient location.

The location was excellent near a subway station, palaces, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionists and housemaids, were helpful, polite, and friendly. The towels provided were bright white and the presence of a bathtub was a bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jongno-3-ga subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also just a short walk away from Ikseon dong hanok village, a charming neighborhood with traditional Korean houses. Moreover, the hotel is situated in a bustling area, close to downtown and various shopping streets.

The facilities in the hotel appear to be a bit outdated, and the toilet door in some rooms may malfunction at times.
